Vegetables- After making Kids learn about Shapes and My House, we want to introduce some fruits and vegetables, which they eat everyday. Some Kids love vegetables, and some hate to eat them. Here we have tried to explain the benefits of these vegetables to our body. When they get to learn the benefits, it becomes easy for mothers to make them eat vegetables. One of the problem, which kids normally face who do not eat veggies, is a constipation problem. Make your child understand each and every vegetable, by showing them in your fridge or in the market, and also tell the benefit, and do make them understand their constipation problem will be solved, if they will take proper intake of vegetables per day. Now, comes the definition of Vegetable.
A vegetable is said to be an edible plant or the part of a plant and normally excludes seeds and most sweet fruit. This typically means the leaf, stem, or root of a plant.
Some vegetables can be consumed raw, some may be eaten cooked, and some must be cooked in order to be edible. Vegetables are most often cooked in salty or sourly dishes. Few vegetables can also be used in desserts and some is used in sweet dishes.
Vegetables are classified in 3 categories -
1. Root - Root is the part of plant, which is inside the ground. They are generally stored in body, in form of Carbohydrate. Some of the root vegetables are Carrot, Radish.

2. Stem - Stem is the branch of the Plant or Tree such as Potato and Radish.

3. Leafy - Those Plants whose leafs are edible or can be eaten, is known as Leafy vegetable. Most Leafy Vegetables contains lots of Nutrition.

4. Flower - The Plants whose flowers are edible or can be eaten are known as Flower Vegetables. Cauliflower and Broccoli are the best examples of Flower Vegetables.
