Birds - 

Birds are feathered, winged and egg laying animal. Birds sizes ranges from 5cm to 2.75 m. The smallest bird is the humming bird and the biggest bird is commonly known as Ostrich.

According to the scientists and the fossil records, birds emerged from Dinosaurs in the Jurassic Period.

Penguin

In modern Period, birds are said to be having feathers, beaks with no teeth, lay a hard shelled eggs, and have a very light bones which help them in flying. All the birds fly except some like penguins.

 And some birds fly for a very small distance such as Peacock.

Swallow

There are some birds which migrate from one place to another in summer and winter according to their needs. This process is known as Bird migration. It is the regular seasonal journey undertaken by many species of birds. Bird movements include those made in response to changes in food availability, habitat, or weather. Birds migrates in Groups. Commonly known birds which migrate are Swallows. Swallows can  travel long distances. Give the Kids below work pages to make them learn about birds.

Insects - 

Insects are those class of animals which has 3 parts body, three pair of joint legs, compound eyes, and 1 pair of antennae. There are million of Insects around the World. The life cycles of insects vary (from one day to a few years), and most insects hatch from eggs.

Adult insects typically move by walking, flying or sometimes swimming. As it allows for rapid yet stable movement, many insects adopt a tripedal gait in which they walk with their legs touching the ground in alternating triangles.

Humans regard certain insects as pests, and attempt to control them using insecticides and a lot of other techniques. Some insects damage crops by feeding on sap, leaves or fruits. A few parasitic species are capable of transmitting diseases to humans, pets and livestock.

Happy New Year

New Year is here. On behalf of all the members of EuroKids- Ahiana Nagar, we would like to wish each and every parent and every single child, a very happy and special New Year.

We wait for, whole month of December for the New Year. New Year is a time to make new resolutions. Many people make resolutions, for their health, some do it for being a better person, some students have even seen pledging for studying more and getting better positions in their Class.

Each of Us, must have thought (which we might not have discussed with anyone), about doing something different this year, which we haven't done earlier. Some of the parents might have even thought of doing something special for their kids.

Lets follow it, and make our home and School, a better place to live, study, play and enjoy. Lets trained the kids in a way, that they become much better and organized kids this year.

Christmas Day and Grand Parents Meet

Grand Parents- Our Parents own Parent is a Grand Parents, whether it is a mother's or father's. Some of us are very fortunate to have an opportunity to live with grandparents and know them. Grand Parents are one of those people other than our parents, who love us without any self desire. Sometimes Grandparents have a direct role and responsibility of raising and nurturing their grand child.

In EuroKids, We value our grandparents and grandparents of all children of our school. So, we celebrated "GRAND PARENTS MEET" in our School, to recognize their efforts. We have invited all Grand Parents to come and spend their precious time with us.

Our effort should be to, encourage our kids, to respect their Grandparents and to value them. Please check the pictures of our Grand Parents meet in school organized by EuroKids- Ashiana Nagar.
